Our One-in-Christ Guiding Principles

• Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15)

• Our oneness in Christ overrides all differences and distinctions that one may impose within the body of Christ. We are all heirs of Christ. (Galatians3:28).

• If Christ is lifted up, He will draw all men unto Him. One in Christ Ministries does not use sales tactics or gimmicks to capture Gods people. We exemplify the expressed love of Christ through ministry.(John 12:32)

• The Holy Spirit has given each Christian special gifts for building up the church. “One In Christ Ministries” encourages and promotes the use of gifts to strengthen and empower the church. (Romans 12: 6-8)

 

• As the body of Christ, we can accomplish more together than working alone. By working together, the church can express the fullness of Christ. In union with Christ and through his empowering Spirit we are complete. (Ephesians 4:11)

• Our oneness in Christ overrides all differences and distinctions that one may impose within the body of Christ. We are all heirs of Christ. (Galatians 3:28).

• Our position is in Christ and not in man. We put our spiritual position to work for Christ by being directed and empowered by the spirit of Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)

• The Holy Spirit places each believer into the body of Christ, the church. It is the spirit who unites believers  to together in spiritual union. We do not lose our individual identities, but we have an overriding oneness in Christ. (Corinthians 12: 13)  

 

• “One In Christ Ministries” proclaims the Lordship of Christ and His absolute rule  and authority over the ministries. As ministry leaders we cannot allow apathy, pride, ignorance or rebellion hinder or stop God’s work. (Philippians 2: 9-11) & (Rev. 19:16)

• For we are Gods workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians 2:10)

 

• Only God knows what is best for “One In Christ Ministries”. The Lordship of Christ will be experienced through our obedience to His commands and desires for service.  Our power to  obey comes from the spirit of Christ. The Holy spirit that dwells in every believer. (Philippians 2:13)

• “One In Christ Ministries” will be measured by how we bear spiritual fruit in unity with Christ.

​

• “One In Christ Ministries” is a union that results from prayer.  (John 17:20-23)
